Hey! I'm a Data Engineer from Toronto, Canada. I primarily work with Python, SQL and Amazon Web Services.

I'm focused on Data Engineering with Python, but you'll also find me working with Node.js, MongoDB and Express while building the backend for my personal projects.

Experience

Currently at Data Annotation and Outlier AI as an AI Trainer, focusing on modelling python and sql algorithms to ensure efficiency and correctness. Resulting in enhancing AI model performance, problem-solving efficiency, and reliability.

In my Full Stack Developer role at Learn Rewards, I collaborated on a React.js/Node.js/Express.js application featuring secure authentication, RESTful API design, and optimized MongoDB schemas, deploying the solution on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) to lower hosting costs by 20% while ensuring scalability and data retrieval efficiency.

Furthermore, I've been freelancing as a web developer, in website development with React, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB for clients. I specialize in collaborating with clients to derive and translate their goals into a website solution that aligns with their brand and user expectations.

Education

I've recently had the pleasure of graduating from the Computer Science Program at York University Maybe make a list of courses?. Through these academic experiences, I developed a strong foundation in big data modeling, ETL processes, SQL, and software engineering principles, reinforced by active involvement in the York University Robotics Society and Computer Science Club, where I honed my collaborative problem solving and technical leadership skills.
